Thine Construction Limited provided project and site management for the construction of three high‑specification residential plots. Our role focused on coordinating the design and construction teams, managing the build programme and quality on site, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards throughout the multi‑plot development.

Plot 3 – 4,500+ sq ft Residence

bathrooms, completed to a high specification. The home enjoys a spacious garden and private parking, with air‑conditioning and a whole‑house MVHR system installed to maintain comfortable conditions and strong indoor air quality all year round.

Central to the layout is a designer Rotpunkt kitchen, fitted with premium Gaggenau appliances in the main kitchen and coordinated Siemens appliances in the utility room, providing a high‑performance cooking and service area. In the ground floor and main reception rooms, large‑format Italian Minoli porcelain tiles are combined with herringbone wood‑effect porcelain tiles, achieving a polished, contemporary finish with excellent wear resistance.

Each bathroom features Bagnodesign sanitaryware and taps, selected for their streamlined appearance and refined detailing. All six bedrooms have the benefit of an en suite bathroom, ensuring personal space and a consistent luxury standard throughout the property.
