3-Plot Luxury Development

Thine Construction Limited provided project and site management for the construction of three high‑specification residential plots. Our role focused on coordinating the design and construction teams, managing the build programme and quality on site, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards throughout the multi‑plot development.

Plot 1 – 5,000+ sq ft Residence

Plot 1 is a substantial six‑bedroom, six‑bathroom house with an annex above the garage arranged over three floors, finished to an exceptional standard. The property benefits from a generous garden and dedicated parking, with air‑conditioning and a whole‑house MVHR system providing year‑round comfort and excellent indoor air quality.

The heart of the home is a premium Rotpunkt kitchen, specified with high‑end Gaggenau appliances to the main kitchen and complementary Siemens appliances in the utility room, creating a professional‑grade cooking and service environment. Throughout the ground floor and key living spaces, large‑format Italian Minoli porcelain tiles have been used alongside herringbone wood‑look porcelain tiles, delivering a seamless, contemporary aesthetic with exceptional durability.

All bathrooms are fitted with Bagnodesign sanitaryware and taps, selected for their clean, minimalist lines and high‑quality finishes. Every bedroom includes its own en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and a consistent level of luxury across the house.
